Digital platform combining a mobile application and web-based back office to optimize the management and coordination of Thirst Project Portugal's volunteer network.
Context
Thirst Project Portugal is a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness among young people about the global clean water crisis and promoting social impact initiatives that support access to safe drinking water.
What we built
To support the management of its volunteer community, we developed a mobile application designed to improve team organization and communication. The app allows volunteers to access an events calendar, receive announcements and updates from team leaders, view the organization's partners, and submit merchandise requests.
Additionally, a web-based back-office platform was developed to allow administrators to manage users, teams, and access permissions, ensuring centralized and efficient management of the volunteer network.
