JEEFEUC Platform

JEEFEUC, the Junior Enterprise of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Coimbra, aimed to digitize and structure its internal consultant performance evaluation process. In-Nova developed a platform that allows members of the organization to evaluate each other through a set of weighted questions. The system processes the evaluation results and automatically generates individual performance reports for each member. The solution enables a more efficient management of the evaluation process while providing clear insights into the development and performance of consultants over time.
