SuCEES

SuCEES (Sustainable Competitiveness Evaluation and Execution System) is a model developed as part of a PhD thesis by Nuno Alexandre Correia Martins Cavaco, a researcher and lecturer at NOVA FCT, focused on developing new approaches to evaluate and support companies sustainable competitiveness. The model proposes an integrated framework based on concepts such as resilience, innovation, and sustainability, enabling organizations to assess their competitive positioning, identify competitive advantages, and support the definition and execution of strategic objectives. In-Nova developed a proof of concept (POC) based on this academic model to demonstrate its practical implementation in a digital platform. The solution explores how the research methodologies can be applied in practice, enabling structured competitiveness evaluation and supporting organizations strategic analysis processes.
